Need Assistance

Hi there, i think that that Cleartrip is doing a wonderful job, but making travelling simple, and a lot easier by giving out various offers time to time to the customers. Great Job

Secondly, I am a MBA student, doing my intership in Kingfisher airlines, as a part of the project i have to conduct 2 surveys

b) Kingfisher from the customer point of view (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=l9VsbclyM7wbudBWEsmFeg_3d_3d)

I have attached the link also, i would request you to kindly fill the agent survey and is it possible that you could create a pop up of the customer survey when ever a person books ticket on your site, this would definately help me to get a clear idea of the customer prefrences, and on the other hand would help me in my project also.

Unfortunately, we cannot expose our customers to third party surveys for privacy reasons. And we don’t do pop-ups as they contribute negatively to the customer experience.
