Travel Cash Receipt

I dont see a way to print my Travel Cash receipt, which contains the total Fare I had paid etc…
Can you please help me with that ?

Anonymous, you can download, print out or email any of the invoices you need when you sign in to your Cleartrip Account from http://www.cleartrip.com/account/trips/[trip-id].

Yep I got the initial version of the ticket, by a search in ur forum. Thanks again for sharing it here.

Am not able to see the re-scheduling charges thru it. Can you please help me with it ?

Sign in to your Cleartrip Account and go the the detailed trips page for your trip. The “Fare Rules” link will tell you the cancellation or rescheduling charges.

There is nothing like “cancellation or rescheduling charges’ section… BUT i see Cancelled/Refunded Trips, which doesnt hold the reschedule charges either.

Can you please help me with this ?

Anonymous, the trip details page nanda pointed at would open up when we click on the trip IDs on the trips dashboard where we have the Upcoming, Completed and Cancelled/Refunded trips listed.

Airline rules for cancellation and amendments (reschedule) are available under the Fare rules link across our site for a flight booking pre and post transaction. After booking, you can view the Fare rules from:

  • the details page of a trip – screen shot as given on this post
  • the cancellation page of a confirmed booking

Anonymous, here are the fare rules from your trip. I’ve highlighted the rebooking charges:

  • Cleartrip classifies this as a Non-Refundable fare
  • Cancellation Charges
    • Adult: 100% of base fare will be deducted
    • Child: 100% of base fare will be deducted
    • Infant: only Rs 100 will be deducted
  • Rebooking charge Rs 500 – rebooking permitted one hour prior to flight departure.
  • No rebooking charges for infants
  • If the flight is delayed by more than one hour and cancellation is required by the passenger or if the flight is cancelled by the airline, a MCO credit will be issued against the ticket. No refunds will be given in such cases
  • Children & infant discounts not permitted.
  • In case you cancel within an hour prior to departure NO SHOW charges will be applicable.
  • If you are holding paper tickets, you will need to contact the airline directly for amendments.
  • Photo id required at check in.

Thank you so much for understanding and trying to help me with my request.

It looks gr8, EXCEPT that the amendment file (805312087- Amended Invoice.pdf) that I recieved still says that the flight date is 17/06/2008 instead of 28/06/2008

Please correct me if am wrong Or do correct it, if you are wrong.
