Trip id no 806050288 Through cleartrip.com I purchased two tickets as per following details: From DELHI TO GUWHATI 8TH JUNE INDIAN AIRLINES ECONOMY CLASS REFUNDABLE.
From GUWHATI TO DELHI 13TH JUNE IJET AIRWAYS ECONOMY CLASS REFUNDABLE ON 8TH JUNE I REACHED THE AIRPORT WELL IN TIME FOR TAKING THE BOARDING PASS . TO MY SURPRISE I WAS TOLD BY THE OFFICER ATTENDING ME THAT MY TICKET WAS OF EXECUTIVE CLASS NOT ECONOMY CLASS, WHICH WAS INDICATED ON THE TICKET ALSO. SHE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING SAYING THAT IT WAS DONE BY CLEARTRIP.COM NOT BY INDIAN AIRLINES.I CONNTECTED GROUND MANAGER ALSO BUT SHE ALSO DID NOT DO ANYTHING, AS ECONOMY CLASS TICKET WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME I HAD NO OPTION ACCEPT TO BOARD THE PLANE. I NEED TO KNOW FROM THE CLEARTRIP WHO IS AT MISTAKE CLEARTRIP OR INDIAN AIRLINES AND COMMUNICATE IT TO ME.
