need help on cash back

Hi I got a mail from cleartrip on getting 200 RS cashback on my next trip but cannot really use
the promo code in cleartrip site neither in the airlines site

You need to quote the promo code with the new trip id, we will update the same. And your cash back will be given to your credit card in next 5 to 7 business days.
