Option for entering Frequent Flyer Number

Hi

I had flown from Coimbatore to Mumbai via Jet but there was no option to enter my JPMiles account number to avail JPMiles points.
I had to contact Jet directly giving the flight details etc and only then did I get it.

Is there a way for ClearTrip to automate this process ?

I have flown many times in Jan & Feb-08 months
but nowhere I could find to enter / avail JPMiles points in cleartrip site.
