Refund for Trip id 806020765 (Hyderabad to Delhi flight on 6th June only via Indigo 6E-304)

hi there,

I have not received the refund for trip id: 806020765 even though it shows as refunded in the system. I had canceled the onward journey from Hyderabad to Delhi for 6th June via Indigo flight 6E-304 and taken an early morning flight from Hyderabad to Delhi on 5th June.

The refund is not reflecting on my credit card despite cleartrip showing that refund has been made.

Kindly look into the same and respond.

Would appreciate the effort.

Rohit – We have already refunded an amount of Rs 2677/- on the 3th June, 2008.

Please use Transaction Reference No 815558311854 to check with your respective bank.

Rohit, after we process the refund from our side it takes about 5-7 days (depending upon your bank) for it to reflect in your account statement.
