Passengers may avail the online check-in facility within 24 hours until 4 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
Check-in baggage is not allowed for Web check-in. A passenger is allowed one piece of cabin baggage as per BCAS guidelines, with a maximum weight of 7 kgs, not exceeding 55x35x25 cms (total 115 cms).
It is mandatory to stamp the printed boarding pass from the check-in counter before proceeding towards security check.
All Foreign Nationals/Non Indian Nationals/NRIs, if travelling to Port Blair (Andaman and Nicobar Islands), need to carry their passport with valid documents. NRIs need to have PIO or passport with valid documents.
A valid photo identity issued by a Government authority must be carried by the passenger.
This facility is not available for connecting flights. Also, it cannot be availed by passengers traveling with infants, passengers using wheelchairs, and unaccompanied minors.
Cancellation/Modification of a Web checked-in booking can be made up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure by calling at the sales and reservation centre of SpiceJet on 09871803333 or 1800 180 3333 only.
SpiceJet reserves the right to cancel the booking/Web check-in, if the ticket has been purchased by fraudulent use of credit card.
