How do I track expenses using the corporate product?
Custom reports let you track companywide travel spending using a variety of reporting parameters such as date ranges, destinations or type of travel. All Cleartrip for Business reports can be viewed online and then downloaded to your computer as a flexible CSV file, which can then easily be turned into an Excel Spreadsheet or imported into a database.

To use reports, go to the Reports tab and you will find the various reports.

How can I track excess spending?
Cleartrip for Business tracks and reports the minimum, maximum and average prices available every time a booking is made, allowing you to easily see how often cheaper prices for air tickets or hotel rooms were available but not booked.

You can use the pricing data to watch spending patterns and reduce your overall travel expenditures.

Alternatively, Cleartrip for Business allows you to set up departments and assign each traveller to a specific department.

Once you assign travellers to departments, all bookings are automatically tracked by department and by individual–so you can easily tell how different departments or individuals are impacting travel budgets.

How do I setup a department?
Setting up departments and assigning people to departments is simple–name the department (in the Account section) and then add people to it by selecting from a handy menu.
