Mumbai, June 20, 2007 : Cleartrip, India’s second largest and fastest growing travel portal, has taken the initiative to create a customer redressal medium by introducing the Cleartrip Forum. The Cleartrip Forum gives customers another way to communicate with the travel portal, receive assistance and make suggestions. In doing so, Cleartrip officially provides customer support via the Cleartrip Forum.
Customer service representatives will keep a tab on the Forum around the clock and will help provide assistance to those who post a message requesting it. The representatives will also answer questions about bookings, cancellations, refunds and website issues, field complaints, consider suggestions and recommendations and latest offers available on the website. Customers are also able to view what others are saying and how they got their issues resolved.
