Mumbai, April 10, 2008 : Cleartrip, India’s leading online travel agency, recently appointed Ajit Singh as Director – Human Resource and Manjula Mani as Director – Operations. Ajit will lead the HR function and all HR initiatives that will help make Cleartrip an employer of choice while Manjula will be overseeing the operations and customer service team for Cleartrip; with a particular emphasis on raising the service bar.
Ajit joins Cleartrip.com from Kale Consultants Ltd., where he was managing its Human Resources globally. His job profile included Organization Design and Development, Manpower Planning, Resourcing, Training and Development, Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition and Employee Relations.
Ajit comes with a rich experience of 12 years in the Human Resource function and has earned supreme goodwill amongst his peers. His core competence lies in strategic HR initiatives like Change Management, Organization Design and Performance Management. Manjula joins Cleartrip from WNS. She brings with her rich and diverse experience of over 11 years in the travel and BPO industry working with some premier international organizations, including Travelocity and Thomas Cook.
