Although much of the ocean surrounding the southern part of the island is still off-limits, what is left of Montserrat's diving is legendary. Best of all, it's been left in near-pristine condition because the volcano virtually wiped out tourism. The island's only dive shop, Sea Wolf in Woodlands, is an excellent operation that offers one-, two-tank dives and night dives for.
It rents out snorkeling gear per day and offers a host of dive courses, including an underwater photography course.
