Temperatures see little seasonal change in this lamb-chop shaped nation on the Red Sea, with earlier and later months offering the fewest rainy days. The meatier northern part is kept cool by coastal breezes when the sun is not at its zenith and sees consistently comfortable temperatures from 23-26°C (75-80°F). In the south, the Dankakil is a pretty good preview of hellfire.
